Offering live oak trees, Spanish moss, and southern hospitality, Wachesaw Plantation Club is the perfect place to host the wedding of your dreams. Celebrate your nuptials outdoors under a stunning ancient oak overlooking the peaceful waterfront. Then, while guests mingle for cocktail hour, you can explore the Country Club's beauty spots for photo opportunities. Evening receptions are held in the grand ballroom or an upscale marquee on the lawn, both of which have space for up to 250 people. Catering and bar service is provided exclusively on-site by the talented culinary team and seasoned bartenders, who will design menus to match your tastes and theme. From relaxed buffets and serving stations to formal plated meals, they customize their approach to align with your vision. Our experienced event team wants to make each couple’s vision come to life!

We could not have dreamed of a more amazing venue for our wedding. Brayer and the entire Wachesaw team were amazing, kind and accommodating. They did everything to make sure that our day went off without a hitch. The backdrop for our ceremony on the bluff was breathtaking, and we were so excited to share the beautiful view with our guests. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. We had guests present who have worked in Michelin Star restaurants who said the food was some of the best they've ever had. We can't say enough about this venue. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to the team at Wachesaw!

I cannot sing Brayer and Wachesaw Plantations praises enough! Everyone was amazing from our first look at the venue, to the tasting, to meetings, to our very special day. There was not a single snafu that fazed them for even a minute. They were flexible to give us what we wanted and had so many options for our ceremony and reception. We had some allergy and dietary concerns that were all met. The planning was amazing, the food was amazing, the service was amazing, the venue is gorgeous and I cannot rave enough about Wachesaw Plantation and our amazing wedding day!

If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor venue for your wedding, look no further than Wachesaw Plantation. Nature is the perfect backdrop, and the incredible live oaks dripping with Spanish moss are breathtaking. We couldn't have been more pleased with the setting or the excellent service provided by events manager, Brayer Surratt and her team at Kimbel's Restaurant. From our first meeting, Brayer was easy to work with, communicative, and accommodating. The night of the wedding, every detail came off without a hitch. From the food (incredible--Adam, the chef knows how to pull a menu together) to the wait staff (attentive and friendly) to the sendoff, we were thrilled with it all!
